Education

After graduating from Southaven High School, I went on to Northwest Community College then graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Liberal Arts. I then completed the Mississippi Path to Quality Teaching Program to become a highly qualified teacher.

Experience

I started my career out at Hope Sullivan Elementary School as a special education assistant. I then spent 2 years as a PE assistant at SMS while I finished my degree. Once I became certified, I continued at SMS as a special education teacher. In 2017, I transferred to DeSoto Central High as a special education teacher.

I have been Married since 2009 and we have 3 daughters. Our girls keep us going. If I am not at gymnastics practice or meet I am at the softball fields and wouldn't have it any other way.
