My name is Ellen Bickley and I am the school nurse for DeSoto Central High School. I am an Olive Branch native and graduated from OBHS in 1982. I received a B.S. in Chemistry from Delta State University in 1986 and a B.S. in Nursing from California State University, Sacramento in 1991. My National School Nurse Certification was completed in 2018. My husband, Sid, and I have been married for almost 35 years. Both our children are married (DCHS graduates). We have one precious grandson and have another one on the way this year.

We are so glad to have your child at our school. Please feel free to contact me with any health concerns regarding your son or daughter. My goal is to be available to you and your student to help them stay healthy so they can give their best here at DeSoto Central High School.

If your child has a medical condition, please scroll to the bottom of the district home page to the Student Tab. Click on "required health forms" then choose the healthcare plan form appropriate for your child's condition. Once the healthcare plan has been completed and signed by your child's physician, you can either email it to me or have your student drop it off at my office. If your student requires any medication at school, please contact me so we can make arrangements for you to bring that med to my office and sign a medication authorization form.
