It's a great day to be a Jaguar! 

            • Tickets will go on sale beginning Tuesday during lunches for our Homecoming Dance. That's right! DeSoto Central is having a Homecoming Dance Sept 30th from 7-30-10:30pm in the gym. Tickets are $35 for the first two weeks they are on sale and then goes up to $45. NO TICKETS will be sold at the door.
            • Homecoming shirts are on sale now. You can pay through RevoPay or cash/check to Mrs. Chalk in B27. See your colony pages or Mrs. Chalk for more information. 
            • If you missed the interest meeting and would like to become a student tutor, please complete the form by scanning the QR code found at the entrances of the hallways around the school and join the GroupMe. You can also see Ms. Leininger in B9 for more information.
            • Scott with Balfour will be here next Wednesday, September 6th, during all 3 lunches to measure for letterman jackets and take deposits. Order forms are in the main office.
            • Attention all Fall AP Students: The payment window for all Fall AP Exams will open on Friday, September 1 and will be open until Thursday, October 12.   The cost of the exam is $89.00.  You will need to pay Mrs. McKim in room H225 or you can pay her in the commons before 1st block during the payment window.  You can pay by cash, check, or revopay.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. McKim. 
                      • Dues for all classes are $15.00.  This goes toward Homecoming supplies and class events.  There will be no class shirts this year.  Juniors and Seniors MUST pay dues in order to attend Prom.  You may pay on REVOpay or pay cash or check to the head class sponsor:  seniors - Mrs. Chalk - room B27, juniors - Ms. Torres - room A30, sophomores - Mrs. Leininger - room B9, freshmen - Mrs. Ford - room H220.

                                    • Homecoming Week is September 25-29. The Homecoming parade is Wednesday, September 27, at 5:30 pm with line-up beginning at DeSoto Central Elementary School and traveling east down Central Parkway.

                                    Wednesday - Holiday, Celebrate

                                    Thursday - Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

                                    Friday - Spirit Day

                                    Dress code sheets for Homecoming are in the office.  Ask a principal if you have any questions.  Please participate and make this the best Homecoming yet.
